Goodman Group SIA, registered office at 32 Vidus Street, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia, the goods purchased in the online shop (hereinafter - the Goods) shall be guaranteed in accordance with the terms of the contract (hereinafter - the Warranty):
- If the Product is purchased by a Consumer (a natural person who purchases the Product for a purpose unrelated to his economic or professional activity), the Warranty shall be valid for 24 months (two years) from the date of delivery of the Product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
- If the Goods are purchased by a legal person (a person who purchases the Goods for a purpose related to his economic or professional activity) or a natural person who carries out an economic activity and purchases the Goods for the purpose of using them in his economic activity and the Goods are not prohibited for use in his economic or professional activity, then the Seller shall provide a 12-month Warranty from the date of delivery of the Goods. This provision shall not reduce the Manufacturer's warranty period for Legal Entities, which shall be provided after 12 months by the Manufacturer's or Distributor's authorised service centre (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Legal entity (a person who purchases the product for a purpose related to their business or professional activity) or a natural person who carries out business activity and purchases the Product with the aim of using it in their business activity, and the Product is not prohibited from being used for business or professional activity, then the Seller determines 12 months Warranty from the date of delivery of the Product. This provision does not reduce the warranty period specified by the Manufacturer for Legal Entities, which is provided after 12 months by the Manufacturer's or distributor's authorized service center (hereinafter - Service).
Any Warranty shall only be valid if the Buyer can produce proof of the transaction (receipt or delivery note) and the Buyer has used the Goods in accordance with the instructions for use of the Goods and has acted in accordance with the terms of the Warranty.
Please note that you have the right to make a claim for nonconformity within 24 months from the date of delivery.
