Goodman Group SIA, registered office at 32 Vidus Street, Daugavpils, LV-5401, Latvia, the goods purchased in the online shop (hereinafter - the Goods) shall be guaranteed in accordance with the terms of the contract (hereinafter - the Warranty):
- If the Product is purchased by a Consumer (a natural person who purchases the Product for a purpose unrelated to his economic or professional activity), the Warranty shall be valid for 24 months (two years) from the date of delivery of the Product in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
- If the Goods are purchased by a legal person (a person who purchases the Goods for a purpose related to his economic or professional activity) or a natural person who carries out an economic activity and purchases the Goods for the purpose of using them in his economic activity and the Goods are not prohibited for use in his economic or professional activity, then the Seller shall provide a 12-month Warranty from the date of delivery of the Goods. This provision shall not reduce the Manufacturer's warranty period for Legal Entities, which shall be provided after 12 months by the Manufacturer's or Distributor's authorised service centre (hereinafter referred to as "Service"). Juridiska persona (persona, kura iegādājas preci nolūkam, kas ir saistīts ar tās saimniecisko vai profesionālo darbību) vai fiziska persona, kura veic saimniecisko darbību un Preci pērk ar mērķi lietot to saimnieciskajā darbībā, un Precei nav aizlieguma to izmantot saimnieciskai vai profesionālai darbībai, tad Pārdevējs nosaka 12 mēnešus Garantiju no Preces piegādes datuma. Šis noteikums nesamazina Ražotāja noteikto garantijas termiņu Juridiskām personām, kuru pēc 12 mēnešiem nodrošina Ražotāja vai izplatītāja autorizētais servisa centrs (turpmāk- Serviss).
Any Warranty shall only be valid if the Buyer can produce proof of the transaction (receipt or delivery note) and the Buyer has used the Goods in accordance with the instructions for use of the Goods and has acted in accordance with the terms of the Warranty.
Please note that you have the right to make a claim for nonconformity within 24 months from the date of delivery.
