You have the right to return the product within 14 days of the date of purchase (receipt) without giving a reason for the return. If the end of the period falls on an "official" public holiday, the right of withdrawal must be exercised up to and including the working day following the end of the period. If several goods are ordered and delivered at different times, the consumer receives the last goods.
For this purpose, use the form for exercising the right of withdrawal or write a free form application addressed to our company - SIA "Goodman Group", Vidus iela 32, Daugavpils, LV-5401 and send it to the e-mail info@goodstore.lv or submit it to our office in person.
The goods you wish to return must then be sent to the address of SIA Goodman Group or handed over in person at the SIA Goodman Group office, without undue delay. The goods must be returned within 14 days of notification of the Goodman Group Ltd. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer. You have the right to inspect the characteristics of the goods to the extent that this would be possible in an ordinary shop, i.e. to inspect the goods to ascertain their nature and not for any other purpose. Remember that you are responsible for any depreciation in the value of the goods. The right of withdrawal will expire after 14 days from the date on which you or the third party you have instructed or authorised to collect the goods received the goods for their use.
When you receive the goods from the courier, make sure that the packaging is not damaged. If there is any damage, be sure to note it on the goods acceptance note held by the courier. If the defect in the packaging is not recorded in the acceptance document when you receive the goods, we will not be able to deal with your claims for damage to the packaging and the goods contained in it at a later date. If the goods are received in defective packaging and there is NO deed, they may not be returned if you decide to reject them within 14 days.

Refunds
If you withdraw from an item within the right of withdrawal period, we will refund all monies received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you have chosen a delivery method which is not the cheapest of our standard delivery methods), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from that item.
Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed to a different method of payment.
SIA Goodman Group has the right to withhold payment until we receive the goods back or until you provide confirmation that the goods have been returned, whichever is sooner.
The goods must be returned or handed over to us at the offices of Goodman Group Ltd, Vidus iela 32, Daugavpils, without unjustified delay and in any event no later than 14 days after the date on which you notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You will be liable for the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall be liable for any depreciation in the value of the goods if they have been used for purposes other than those for which they are intended. The consumer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of validity of the right of withdrawal (including the full and perfect preservation of the packaging).
