What do I need to do to take advantage of this opportunity?
- Place your order at www.goodstore.lv and specify "Venipak" as the delivery method with your preferred pick-up point;
- The service is available for private customers only;
- Payment method - prepayment;
- Maximum weight of goods - 10 kg;
- Maximum packaging volume not exceeding 0,04 m³;
- When your order is delivered to the Venipak pick-up point, you will receive an SMS message with a code to be entered at the parcel machine. The order must be collected within 7 days.
To collect your shipment, press the "Receive Shipment" button on the Venipak terminal screen and enter the door code you received in the SMS or email. When the locker door opens, remove the parcel, close the locker door and be sure to confirm receipt of the parcel by pressing the "Confirm" button on the screen.

If you wish to collect the goods yourself, when placing your order, you must specify that you will collect the goods from the office of SIA "Goodman Group" at Vidus iela 32, Daugavpils. Collection of goods from the Goodman Group Ltd office is free of charge.
