MikroTik Chateau LTE18 axe (S53UG+5HaxD2HaxD-TC&EG18-EA) is a fast, dual-band AX1200 home access point with LTE support - for really fast internet anywhere, anytime. Chateau has 4x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 1x 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet port, a USB port and a microSIM slot, as well as a built-in LTE Cat 18 modem with a maximum download speed of 1200 Mbps (4 x 4) and upload speed of 150 Mbps.

Chateau, powered by a modern IP18.0.0.0.0 axcore process. combined with a stable 1 GB of RAM, allows for heavy-duty operations such as complex firewall rules, IPsec hardware encryption, using more threads, or experimenting with advanced RouterOS features. With additional support for enhanced WPA3 encryption, network users are more secure than ever.

LTE Cat. 18 supports frequency bands: 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 20, 28, 38, 40, 41 and supports carrier aggregation.

With WiFi 6 802.11ax wireless standard and Wave 2 support, Chateau LTE18 ax can provide unprecedented speeds. Compared to the previous generation, Chateau LTE18 ax reaches up to 40% faster speeds on the 5 GHz band and up to 90% faster speeds on the 2.4 GHz band. There have been huge improvements in the wireless radio and antennas. Chateau LTE18 supports 4×4 MIMO on LTE. There are 4 built-in LTE antennas and 2 additional external network antennas, providing excellent coverage throughout your home. The increase in power of the built-in LTE antennas is 4 dBi.

S53UG+5HaxD2HaxD-TC&EG18-EA can simultaneously transmit Wi-Fi network in two bands, 2.4 and 5 GHz, according to 802.11 b/g/2.4nac/n. ax (5 GHz) standards. It supports 2×2 MIMO in both bands, and its maximum theoretical throughput is 574 Mbps 2.4 GHz and 1201 Mbps 5 GHz. The device is equipped with internal omnidirectional antennas with a power gain of 3 dBi (2.4 GHz) and 6 dBi (5 GHz).

Important! Unlike 5G/LTE antennas, dual-band wireless antennas cannot be replaced.

Wireless interface supports 802.11ax standard and is backward compatible with older wireless standards. Older clients that only support 802.11ac will continue to benefit from many of the additional features of 802.11ac Wave 2, such as MU-MIMO and Beamforming.
