DESCRIPTION
The R4 latch is designed for remote opening of left, right and double-leaf doors and gates. Works with a latch or ratchet lock. Designed for use where it is possible to make a socket with dimensions of 22x30x69 mm. The advantage of the switch is its small dimensions, symmetry, thanks to which the version can be installed on both left and right-hand doors, and greater operational reliability even in the case of a curved door frame or curved door.
The symmetrical design and small dimensions allow it to be used in sliding gate systems that need to be protected against flooding, weather conditions and painting.
LOCK VERSION
Reverse action - reversible version - the latch is unlocked in the de-energized state. When voltage is applied, the latch lever locks the latch. They are mainly used in public places where, according to fire and health and safety regulations, the door must be unlocked in the event of a power failure, for example in schools, cinemas, offices, etc.
Closed operates with a quiet hum. When connected to DC, the buzzing stops. When connected to AC, a continuous hum will be heard. The alarm is eliminated by using a rectifier system — available complete with latch.
