Why AGM Voltage Long Life 12V 9Ah VEL12-9.0 battery?
Sealed, maintenance-free Voltage VEL series batteries with an expected operating time of 15 years, are made using AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) technology in which the electrolyte is absorbed into glass fiber separators with increased porosity located between the plates. This eliminates the risk of leakage and allows the device to operate in any position. The batteries have self-sealing pressure relief valves (VRLA), which prevent excessive pressure build-up in the cells, protecting the case from damage. Voltage VEL series batteries are an excellent choice for anyone looking for a reliable product, especially for applications that require above-average battery life. To achieve this goal, we use thicker plates in the Long Life line. In turn, the lower acid density keeps the battery at a lower temperature and slows down corrosion.
