Goal
The Eura “ELH-01H4” electronic handle with access controller is designed for use in hotels and rental apartments. The device firmware supports two operating systems at once – TTLock and TTHotel.
TTLock – remote management of rental apartments. A free mobile app, TLock, is available for iOS and Android platforms. It allows you to directly control the sign via Bluetooth by sending digital access keys and codes with various types of permissions.
Thanks to a mobile application that allows remote granting of entry permits, it is possible to completely do away with traditional keys. Communication with guests is carried out, among other things, using codes generated from applications sent to phones.
Digital access keys are intended for other application users, most commonly used by institution employees. The keys are available through the app and allow you to open a lock that is within range of the Bluetooth transmitter.
Access codes are for guests – generated in the mobile app, they can be sent via SMS, email or WeChat. The message with the code can be freely edited, adding important information such as the intercom code or WiFi password. Depending on your needs, you can generate different types of codes, including: permanent, temporary or one-time.
The TTLock application allows you to add proximity keys (proximity key fobs) to the sign, which operate according to the Mifare 13.56 MHz standard. In addition, it is possible to view the reservation log, add/remove assigned accesses, i.e. digital keys, codes or proximity cards.
TTHotel is a lightweight PMS (property management system) software available for Android, iOS, and Windows platforms (the desktop software allows you to manage accommodation cards by adding a hotel booking application).

Expanding opportunities
Two peripheral devices are designed to expand the functionality of the devices – a WiFi gateway and a card programmer.
Note:The handle with access control does not require an internet connection to function properly. However, using a WiFi gateway in the system significantly expands its functionality.
Easy installation using a lock already installed in the door
The access controller is designed for external and internal installation in both left and right-hand swing doors, and the universal mounting screw distance is 38~40.5 mm in most cases, a touch encoder with a built-in proximity key reader (key fobs/tags) and a Bluetooth module. After bringing the RFID key fob to the reader or entering the code into the encoder, an impulse is sent from the access control module, after which the servomotor disengages the mechanical gear, allowing the door to be opened, usually by pressing the handle of the outer plate. The waiting period for pressing the handle is factory-set to approximately 5 seconds, after this time the gear is re-locked and the lock goes into a waiting state for another impulse.
It is always possible to open the door from inside the room by simply pressing the handle. When the open door is closed, the latch mechanism is immediately activated, making it impossible to open the door from the outside without presenting a card or entering a code. In the event of a battery failure or malfunction, the lock can be opened using a standard mechanical key, 2 of which are included in each set.
The electronic handle is powered by 4 1.5V AA alkaline batteries. It can operate for approximately 1 year on one set of batteries.
