GetFort Aramid fiber optic cable is a universal fiber optic cable equipped with 4 G.652.D type fibers. The fibers are placed in one central tube with a diameter of 2 mm. The structure has been reinforced with a large amount of aramid fibers, thanks to which the cable is distinguished by a high tension force – up to 600 N (installation force: 1200 N). Additional reinforcement consists of two ARP or FRP rods with a diameter of 0.5 mm.
The outer sheath is made of high quality HDPE, its nominal thickness is 1.4 mm. The fiber is fully dielectric. The cable can be used in teletechnical canalization or in overhead installations.
