ST-19 Tech pump controller controllers
Goal
The ST-19 anti-stall controller is designed to control the central heating water circulation pump. The set temperature is set using a potentiometer. The controller's task is to: turn on the pump when the temperature reaches the set value, and turn it off when the furnace cools down 2°C below the set value.
Operating principle
The ST-19 anti-stop controller is designed to control the central heating water circulation pump. The set temperature is set using a potentiometer. The controller's task is to: turn on the pump when the temperature reaches the set value, and turn it off when the furnace cools down by 2°C below the set value. This operating mode prevents unnecessary pump operation, which saves electricity, extends the pump's service life and increases its reliability. The St-19 controller also has an additional ANTI-STOP function that prevents the circulation pump from stagnating in the off-season (the pump turns on for 1 minute approximately every 10 days).
Functions performed by the controller
- central heating pump control
- anti-stall function
Controller equipment
- central heating temperature sensor
- potentiometer for setting the set temperature
