The uHub Q4 Lite is a port replicator connected via USB-C, and its compact aluminum body features two video ports: HDMI 2.0 and VGA with MST function, an additional USB-A port for data transfer, and USB-C with 100W power delivery.
Hub with power output of 100W
The ever-smaller ultrabooks and laptops often have a limited number of ports. That's why Unitek has created a series of USB-C hubs with the most necessary features. The D1049A hub allows you to connect a flash drive or mouse using a typical USB-A port, which is often not available on modern computers. The hub does not block the charging option, thanks to the 100W power delivery implemented in the USB-C port. With the appropriate charger and cable, charging the 16-inch MacBook Pro takes an hour less than with the factory power adapter.
Work and play on multiple screens
MST (Muti-Stream Transport) technology allows you to connect two displays with one video. output and extend your desktop to three screens (for Windows). This is very convenient when working with graphics programs, presenting at conferences or watching movies from a smartphone. The maximum resolution for HDMI is 4K with 60 Hz sampling, and for the VGA port - FullHD (1080p). When using two displays, the resolution of both is limited to the maximum resolution of the smaller display. To use this feature, the USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt mode.
