Description

The VPRO 65 Ah AGM series batteries are primarily intended for use in, among others, emergency power systems (UPS, automation systems), solar power installations and voltage converters. They work best in scheduled charging systems, but can also be used in applications where the batteries operate cyclically.

The VPRO 65 Ah series batteries are manufactured using AGM (Absorbent Glass Mat) VRLA technology and are primarily intended for use in, among others, emergency power systems (UPS, automation systems), solar power installations and voltage converters. They work best in scheduled charging systems, but can also be used in applications where the batteries are cycled. They have approximately 650 operating cycles for a discharge depth of up to 50%. The expected service life is 8-10 years, operating at temperatures of approximately 20-25 degrees Celsius.

AGM VRLA batteries have an internal structure based on glass fiber separators containing electrolyte. The separators are placed between the lead plates in the battery's energy storage chamber. An additional feature of this type of battery is an automatic sealing system (valve-regulated pressure valves). The valves open when excessive pressure is detected inside the battery, safely venting the resulting gas outside the case and preventing damage. This situation most often occurs if the battery is overcharged. The battery case is made of ABS material, while the batteries are made of copper.
