1.General provisions.
1.1. These terms of purchase / sale of goods (hereinafter - the terms) are a mandatory legal document that regulates the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller when purchasing goods in the online store Goodstore.lv.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these terms and conditions at any time, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The Seller has the opportunity to familiarize himself with the changes to the terms and conditions on the home page of the online store. The buyer is subject to the terms and conditions that are in force from the moment of purchase of the goods.
1.3. You may purchase goods in the online store:
1.3.1. Natural persons who have reached the age of majority;
1.3.2. Minors from 14 to 18 years of age only with the permission of their parents or guardians, except in cases where they legally dispose of their own income;
1.3.3. Legal entities;
1.3.4. Legal representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. The Seller, who approves these Terms, guarantees that, in accordance with clause 1.3., Buyers have the right to purchase goods in the SIA Goodman Group – goodstore.lv online store.
1.5. The agreement between the seller and the buyer is concluded from the moment the buyer has placed an order in the online store, indicated the delivery address, chosen a payment method and familiarized himself with the terms of use of the online store, as well as confirmed his order by pressing the button - place an order (see point No. 5 - ordering goods, price, payment procedure, terms).
1.6. Each contract concluded between the buyer and the seller is stored in the online store's database.
2. Information about the Seller
2.1. These Terms apply when purchasing Products at the address www.goodstore.lv (“online store”). The Seller is SIA “Goodman Group”, Reg. No. 41503064521, legal and actual address Muzeja iela 11, Daugavpils, LV-5401. The Seller’s VAT payer code is LV41503064521.

3. Goods
3.1. The images of the Goods provided in the Online Store are illustrative in nature. Despite the fact that the Seller makes every effort to reflect the colors of the Goods as accurately as possible, the Seller cannot guarantee that the screen of the Buyer's device will accurately reflect the colors of the Goods. The Buyer understands that the Goods may differ slightly from their images. Also, the images of the Goods presented in the Online Store may show additional accessories or components of the Goods that are not included in the packaging of the Goods sold. The Goods are considered to be in accordance with the offer if it corresponds to the sample, model and/or description provided in the Online Store. 3.2. The packaging for transporting the Product may differ from that shown in the images in the online store. Changing the packaging of the Product to ensure proper and safe transportation of the Product does not change the Product and/or its properties and/or functions specified in the online store.
3.3. The Seller has the right to set the minimum and/or maximum order quantity for a specific product in one order.
4. Protection of personal data.
4.1. The buyer can order a product in the online store:
4.1.1. by registering – by entering the personal data required for registration.
4.1.2. without registration.
4.2. The buyer who purchases the goods in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4.1 must provide the exact data requested by the online store: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
42.3. By accepting these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees that his data specified in clause 4.2 will be used to ensure the delivery of goods, as well as for delivery and marketing analysis.
4.4. By signing these terms and conditions, the buyer agrees that his/her data will be processed for the purpose of selling and delivering the goods, and the buyer also agrees that he/she will receive messages related to the order of the goods to the specified telephone number and e-mail.
4.5. When registering in the online store, as well as when ordering goods, the buyer undertakes to keep and not disclose the login information to anyone.
4.6. The Buyer agrees that the personal data he voluntarily provides in the registration form will be processed in accordance with these terms.
4.7. The buyer has the right to access his/her personal data and the right to request the correction, blocking or deletion of incorrect, incomplete, erroneous personal data. In this case, the seller must fulfill the buyer's request immediately, but no later than within 2 business days.
4.8. The Buyer has the right to receive information about the sources and data of his personal data, the purpose of their processing, the recipients to whom the data is provided and who were provided at least within the last year.
4.9. The Buyer has the right to request the correction, deletion or suspension of the processing of his personal data, with the exception of storage, if the data is processed in violation of the provisions of the law.
4.10. SIA “Goodman Group” online store Goodstore.lv as the Data Manager recognizes and respects the right to privacy of each buyer who registers on the Internet. The Data Manager collects and uses the Buyer's personal data (name and surname, address, phone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online store registration form) to process orders for goods or services, or to fulfill other contractual obligations. By placing an order or registering, the customer agrees to the terms of purchase and sale of goods, which stipulate that by confirming these terms, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by the Buyer will be processed by the online store “Goodstore.lv” to analyze the Seller's activities and use it for marketing purposes. This also includes sending advertising and informational messages; by registering, the Buyer agrees to receive news and similar materials, from which the Buyer has the right to refuse. The Seller undertakes not to use personal data unlawfully, as well as in a way that may harm the security of the Buyer's data.
4.11. The Data Controller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except for the Data Controller's partners who ensure the delivery of goods or other services related to the accurate fulfillment of the Buyer's order. In all other cases, the Buyer's personal data may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure specified in the legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
4.12. Personal data is processed using secure measures to protect the data from unlawful deletion, disclosure or other unlawful actions.
4.13. Individuals who have agreed to their data being used for direct marketing purposes are stored in an active database and used for direct marketing purposes for 2 years. Buyer data is stored for 2 years after the last purchase. After this period, customer data is (automatically) deleted. The responsible person monitors the automatic deletion of personal data.
5. Buyer's rights and obligations.
5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the online store in accordance with these terms and conditions and other established procedures specified in the information sections of this online store.
5.2. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by informing the seller, indicating the goods to be returned and the order number, no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods.
5.3. The buyer's rights specified in paragraph 5.2 are valid only if the returned product has not been used or damaged in any other way.
5.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods and pay the specified amount.
5.5. If the buyer's registered data changes, it must be updated immediately.
5.6. The buyer undertakes not to transfer the registration data of the online store to third parties. If the registration data is accidentally lost, the seller must be immediately notified in the section: contacts.
5.7. The buyer who uses the services of this store agrees to the terms of purchase and sale and undertakes to comply with them and not violate the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
6. Seller's rights and obligations.
6.1. The Seller undertakes to improve all conditions so that the Buyer can properly use the services of the online store.
6.2. If the Buyer attempts to damage the stability and security of the Seller's online store or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without prior notice restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
6.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy protection with regard to the Buyer's personal information specified in the "Goodstore.lv" online store registration form.
6.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
7. Product order, prices, delivery procedure and duration.
7.1 The minimum order amount is EUR 5.00 (five euro 00 cents).
7.2 The Customer may shop in the Online Shop 24 hours a day, every day.
7.3 These Terms and Conditions shall come into force at the time when the Buyer confirms his order and the Seller sends a confirmation of purchase to the e-mail address provided by the Buyer.
7.4 The prices in the online shop are quoted in EUR, including VAT, on the product and in the order.
7.5 The Buyer may pay for the goods in the following ways:
7.5.1. payment via internet bank or credit card - SEB banka, Swedbank, Luminor banka, Citadele, Revolut, VISA or Mastercard.
7.5.2. direct bank transfer
7.5.3.Payment of the invoice within the deadline specified in the invoice. 7.6.The buyer undertakes to pay for the order immediately, as the seller begins processing the order only after receiving payment.
7.7. The Seller issues the Buyer an electronic version of the invoice, a prepayment invoice version to the specified e-mail, which is received immediately after the order is confirmed. The final invoice is issued after payment, such an invoice in paper format is delivered together with the goods, in electronic format it is sent to e-mail.
8. Delivery
8.1. Goods are delivered within the territory of Latvia.
8.2. The buyer can choose to receive the goods in person by coming to the office of SIA “Goodman Group” at Muzeja Street 11, Daugavpils, LV-5401, receive the goods via a Venipak courier or a Venipak parcel machine.
8.3. When choosing the delivery method, the buyer must accurately specify the delivery address.
8.4. The buyer undertakes to accept the delivered goods. In cases where the buyer cannot receive the goods at the time of delivery, he has no right to file a claim against the seller for delay in the delivery date of the goods.
8.5. The goods are delivered by the seller or its authorized person (courier).
8.6. The Seller will deliver the goods within 3-14 business days from the moment of confirmation of the Order. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional cases the delivery date of the goods may be changed for reasons beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller is obliged to immediately inform the Buyer and agree on the delivery time. The maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 business days.
8.7. The seller is exempt from liability for delays in the delivery of goods if the delivery of the goods is delayed or not made due to reasons beyond the control of the buyer or the seller.
8.8. The buyer must immediately notify the seller if the product is received in damaged packaging.
8.9. If the product is received in damaged packaging, the buyer must note the type of damage on the courier's delivery note in the presence of the courier upon receipt of the product. Failure to do so will release the seller from any liability for the damaged product.
9. Product quality and warranty.
9.1. The Seller guarantees the quality of the Goods (statutory quality guarantee). The Seller grants a quality guarantee valid for a certain period of time for various types of Goods, the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the documents submitted together with the Goods.
9.2. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only, the original products may differ from those shown. The product photos posted cannot be used as a basis for claims. The product is considered to be appropriate if it corresponds to the sample, model or description provided in the online store.
9.3. The warranty provided by the Seller does not limit the Buyer's rights, which are determined by the regulatory enactments of the Republic of Latvia when purchasing goods of inadequate quality.
9.4. Defects in the Goods are eliminated, and non-conforming Goods are replaced or returned, based on the procedure established in these Terms and Conditions and taking into account the requirements of the applicable legal acts of the Republic of Latvia.
9.5. A Buyer who wishes to file a complaint about poor-quality or incompletely packaged Goods may do so by e-mail. shop@goodstore.lv
9.6. When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must provide the following information:
a) Proof of payment for the goods and order number;
b) the defect, signs of damage or missing part of the Product must be indicated;
c) other evidence must be submitted, such as a photograph of the Product, a photograph of the poor-quality area (if it is mechanical damage and it is possible to photograph it), a photograph of the Product packaging, etc.
9.7. When submitting a complaint, the Buyer must indicate one of the ways in which the Buyer wants the claim to be resolved:
a) The Seller shall, within a reasonable period of time, eliminate the non-conformity of the Product – defects, if the defects can be eliminated in accordance with the warranty terms;
b) reduce the purchase price accordingly, taking into account the wear and tear of the Product or the benefit that the Buyer has gained from using the Product, as agreed between the Seller and the Buyer;
c) replace the Product with an analogous Product of appropriate quality within a reasonable period of time, free of charge, except in cases where the defects are minor/insignificant or they occurred due to the fault of the Buyer;
d) cancel the Contract and refund the amount paid for the Product to the Buyer, except in the case where the non-conformity of the Product is minor and cannot significantly affect the Buyer's ability to use the Product. A non-conformity of the Product shall be considered minor if it does not significantly reduce the quality of the performance of the basic functions of the Product or its use characteristics and can be eliminated without causing visually detectable changes in the appearance of the Product.
9.8. When considering a complaint, a response is provided within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of receipt of the complaint. If, for objective reasons, it is not possible to provide a response to the Buyer's complaint within the specified period, the Seller shall immediately inform the Buyer in writing, indicating a reasonable period within which the response will be provided, as well as justifying the need for such an extension.
10. Return of quality goods
10.1 Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt by sending the Seller a notice of return stating the order number of the Goods and the reason for return (optional). In all cases, the money for the returned goods will only be refunded to the account specified by the Buyer.
10.2 When returning an item, the Buyer must follow the following procedure:
10.2.1. the goods must be in their original packaging;
10.2.2. the goods must not be damaged;
10.2.3. the goods must not have been used or tested more than is possible by checking the goods in the shop.
10.3 The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the goods if any of the above points are not met.
10.4 If the Goods have a manufacturing defect or if another Goods were sent in error, the Seller undertakes to accept the Goods and to exchange them for an equivalent Goods.
10.5 In the event that the Seller is unable to exchange the Goods, the price of the Goods shall be refunded to the Buyer.
11. Buyer and seller liability.
11.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. If the Buyer does not provide accurate personal data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences and acquires the right to claim compensation for direct losses.
11.2. The Buyer is responsible for the actions taken using the “Goodstore.lv” online store.
11.3. The registered Buyer is responsible for transferring his/her login details to third parties.
11.4. The Seller is exempted from any liability in cases where losses arise because the Buyer, despite the Seller's recommendations and the Buyer's obligations, did not read these Terms and Conditions, although he was given such an opportunity.
11.5. If the Seller's online store contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or individuals, the Seller is not responsible for the information contained there or the actions taken, does not maintain, control or represent these companies and individuals.
11.6. In the event of damage, the at-fault party shall compensate the other party for direct losses.
12. Marketing and information.
12.1. The Seller may launch various promotions in the online store at its discretion.
12.2. The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the promotion, as well as cancel them. Changes and cancellation of the terms of the promotion are valid only from the moment of their commencement and do not apply to orders submitted before the announcement of the promotion or its changes.
12.3. The Seller shall send all notifications by the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.
12.4. The Buyer shall send all notifications and questions to the telephone number or e-mail indicated in the "Contacts" section of the Seller's online store.
12.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to deficiencies in the Internet connection or email service provider's network.
13. Events beyond the Seller's control
13.1. The Seller shall not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of the Agreement or any obligations under the Agreement if such failure or delay is due to force majeure.
13.2. In the event of an event beyond the Seller's control that affects the proper performance of the Seller's obligations under the Agreement:
a) The Seller will immediately notify the Buyer; and
b) The Seller's performance of its obligations under the Agreement shall be suspended and the period for performance of the obligations shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the event beyond the Seller's control. If events beyond the Seller's control affect the delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller shall agree on a new delivery date after the end of the events beyond the Seller's control.
14. Sending information
14.1. The term “in writing” used in the Terms also includes e-mails.
14.2. In order to contact the Seller in writing or in the event that the Terms and Conditions provide for the Buyer's obligation to contact the Seller in writing, the Buyer shall send an e-mail to the Seller at the following address: shop@goodstore.lv or by regular mail addressed to SIA “Goodman Group”, Muzeja iela 11, Daugavpils, LV-5401. The Seller will inform the Buyer in writing about the receipt of the notification (usually by e-mail). The procedure for the Buyer to contact the Seller for the purpose of exercising the right of withdrawal and withdrawing from the Agreement is provided for in the relevant paragraphs of these Terms.
14.3. The Seller sends all notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer's purchase form.
15. Closing questions.
15.1. These terms and conditions of purchase/sale of goods have been developed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
15.2. All disputes regarding the implementation of these Terms shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, a solution shall be sought in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Latvia.
